What’s the Difference?
As you can see by comparing these lists, the main difference between the Classic and the Ace is the materials we use to build them.
We use carbon in the Ace versus fiberglass in the Classic. Carbon adds to the price tag but means a significantly lighter paddle. You’ll notice that difference when you’re on the water for hours at a time, if you paddle long distances to reach your fishing spot and if you fish multiple days in a row.
The only other difference is the blade color options. With fiberglass (the Classic) we have the option to offer rich, high-viz colors. With carbon (the Ace), our option is black.
Both paddles are made with the same care by the same people in the same factory. They are both high-quality, high-performance paddles you’ll be proud to own and happy to use for all your kayak fishing adventures.
