I’m an open minded compassionate person who loves to teach, get outside, and connect with others! It’s my mission to help the city communities of Chicago connect back to root of their being (physically and mentally) through yoga and Standup Paddleboarding. I have studied traditional yoga in depth and have over 500 hours of training in a variety of yoga studies (Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Kundalini, Yin, Pranayama SUP Yoga). My passion for SUP came into play two years ago and it was love at first paddle. I offer a variety of accessible, unique, classes and experiences based on the individual group or student/s. The healing powers of yoga and SUP when combine are powerful! Nature, water, and breath is the best recipe for health and joy!

WPA Level 1 cert, 100 hour Island Yoga SUP training with Rachel Brathen, Owner of KO YOGA & Paddle Company.
