Disclaimer: Once you add this item to the cart, checkout and complete the order, our team of paddlers will quickly start working on your order. Here at Bending Branches, we build all of our paddles to order (much like a fast food restaurant), so paddles do not collect dust or become dated. As soon as you place your order, a real person in our Osceola, Wisconsin factory will start preparing your paddle. Our paddles are typically built within a week and ship shortly thereafter. Our shipping windows are slightly longer than most of our loyal paddlers are used to, but we’re doing everything we can to ensure paddles ship timely and perform perfectly. Thank you for your patience and thank you for supporting American manufacturing.

With its clean and simple lines, the Loon canoe paddle is a great lightweight recreational wood canoe paddle. It has a comfortable palm grip and a five-laminate blade handcrafted of basswood and maple in Osceola, Wisconsin. For additional protection and durability, the Loon’s blade tip is edged with Bending Branches’ proprietary Rockgard® protection. This paddle’s shaft is made of solid, ovalized basswood so it’s durable but not excessive in weight. The Loon has a classic palm grip so it’s comfortable and easy to hold.

The Loon canoe paddle is available in lengths from 51 inches to 63 inches (in 3-inch increments).
