The popularity of paddling for sport and recreation is ever increasing and so are the canoe and kayak paddle options.
Given so many choices, ultimately people want to know--- "Who should I buy from and why?"
Well, we're glad you asked.
It all started back in 1982 when whitewater and touring canoeist Dale Kicker and flat-water racer Ron Hultman teamed up to create the first composite-tipped canoe paddle. This unique innovation, called Rockgard® revolutionized the paddle industry and gave birth to Bending Branches.
Since then, paddles from this small, privately held company located in beautiful Osceola, WI have propelled more than a million paddlers and Bending Branches continues to be one of the most well-respected, producers of quality canoe and kayak paddles.
Our paddles are all made right here in Wisconsin. - USA
Bending Branches paddles are sold by thousands of dealers world-wide. These dealers recognize the quality and customer satisfaction our paddles deliver.
In 2008 we successfully added Aqua-Bound® to the Branches family in order to expand our paddle selection. Check out Aquabound.com to browse an additional line of paddles made with the same quality craftsmanship as our Bending Branches paddles.
