Focus – SUP Yoga, Intro to SUP

Nashville native Liz Veyhl loves combining her passion for yoga and the outdoors through her paddleboard yoga classes. In 2014, she helped design and continues to lead 2-day SUP yoga certification programs for yoga professionals. In addition to certifying instructors in SUP yoga across the southeast, she also leads WPA Class 1 certifications.

Liz is co-owner of Nashville Paddle Co. and started its SUP yoga program in 2012. She also holds her World Paddle Association Class 2 & PaddleFit Level 2 certifications. She is also a Glide SUP Elite Ambassador.

Away from the water, Liz is passionate about both the Nashville and global yoga community. Liz is the founder of Small World Yoga, a non-profit dedicated to growing yoga in outreach locations across Middle Tennessee and she organizes its annual fundraiser, Music City Yoga Festival, which brings together the local yoga community.

Liz is a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga instructor (E-RYT 500). She completed both her 200 and 500-hour certifications under Baron Baptiste and now travels to assist these trainings and programs around the world. She also leads 200-hour power yoga trainings locally in Nashville through emPower School of Yoga.
